Estamos muy contentos con la visita en nuestro hogar de el apreciado amigo,Dieter Fleischmann,su esposa Ulla, y su hija Lisa.Nos dieron el gusto de tenerles en casa para estas festividades.Nuestros amigos,siempre nos han mostrado una amistad sincera desde que les conocimos cuando nos visitaron en Cuba y cuadno cooperaron con nuestro trabajo en la Republica Federativa de Guyana.
Esperamos que sigan disfrutando de sus merecidas vacaciones.La Mano Amiga Internacional Inc,les felicita por este medio y les desea lo mejor a nuestros queridos visitantes.

Liebe Freundinnen, liebe Freunde,
leider ist mein spanisch so schlecht, dass das geschriebene Wort kaum zu verstehen wäre. Ich ziehe es daher vor in deutsch zu schreiben. Ich möchte mich an dieser Stelle ganz herzlich, auch im Namen meiner Frau Ulla und meiner Tochter Lisa, für die herzliche und liebevolle Gastfreundschaft bedanken, die wir in der Familie von Leonides und Zanaida Penton und von seinen Freunden erfahren haben. Wir haben eine Freundschaft erfahren, die uns zutiefst bewegt. Ebenso haben wir erlebt, dass "La Mano Amiga Internacional" eine Projekt ist, in dem sich Menschen versammeln, die mit Liebe und Respekt anderen Menschen ihre Hand zur Hilfe und zur Freundschaft austrecken. Wir danken Pastor Antonio Miranda aus Nicaragua für seine segensreichen Grüße und wünschen ihm Gesundheit, viel Kraft und guten Mut für das neue Jahr.

Well,
As I sit here trying to think of what to write, I do have lots of positive memories of those days which I intend to share with you dear folks.
Well, growing up in Guyana wasnt easy and has always been quite difficult for the socio-ecomically deprived and one day as I was wandering on the city streets looking for what could be found to be my next meal from one of the bins on the sidewalk, was picked up by the then salavation army captain reverend Penton and family.
Ever since that day my life has continuously been getting better due to being molded and cared for my the hands of this grate man of God. Have been able to complete both elementary and high school followed by tertiary education and now i am a proud citizen of the world offering my service in a way that would contribute to society.
All of the above would not have been possible if not for this grate man of God.
I am forever indebted and do wish to say " long may he live with dignity, heatlh and all the things that comes with the fruit of the spirit" to continue doing an ever lasting great job and putting smiles, opportunities and hopes on the faces of many.
